I just love the hell out of the song and video hooked on the horns.The song itself pumps me up for watching the Longhorns Sports teams.Even though I was born in Lamesa Texas which is 60 miles from Lubbock which is Red Raider area there was just something special about the Texas Longhorns that I really love know what I mean.So yes I am a Texan by birth but a Longhorn fan by clear choice.I just love the Texas Longhorns cant get enough of them.

Hi Jon, some of us in Australia know there are two Jon English's. I have been a huge fan of Aussie Jon English for over thirty years(I am only 38).He is an absolute legend in Australia. I met him after a couple of his shows and he is great guy too. I now have my 14 year old son downloading his music from itunes.

Dakotah, you might also check out "Far West Blvd." That's one of my favorites; as you're a senior I'm SURE you've hit your Far West phase by now (when you or someone you're close to graduates from Campus to Downtown to Riverside to Far West on the apartment carousel! Some of my best memories are from my crew's "Far West" period... before we all grew up and finally had to graduate. :( Sad times.

Hey, who was that old chick singing with you a couple of months ago? Freaky! She looked like an old country rocker that my parents used to dig back in the seventies. I remember being tossed around in my amniotic fluid as my mother jumped up and down to some song called 'Lem Hunter'. Anyway, 'Jackson' never sounded better. She should be a permanent part of your touring band. Then my parents would come see you too. Any way, you're a genius at lyrics, and your arrangements keep my attention. Well, I hate to have to say it, but I'm not the Australian Jon English, no matter how much I'd like to be. But I'm still pretty young, so maybe I've got a shot at it some day!
